Bat Shit Crazy
No WiFi here, so I can't pull upload any Garmin info. I will eventually. Yesterday we rode the Ironman Maryland course. About 6:00 with stops. Really want to see the results. Then a 30 minute run. Exhausted. Fatigued. I asked everyone if they had to run tomorrow, and they looked at me like I was nuts. Of course. These f'ers are nuts. Since I was going to be in pain anyway, a few glasses of wine wouldn't hurt. I Can't believe I pulled it off. 18 miles. No stopping the Garmin when I refueled. Best part, the sucking didn't start sucking until mile 14. I can't believe my body is adapting. 3:00 with the stops. Time to work on my tan and a Bloody Mary.
