This is Carlos, he is a fellow Dominican from Santiago. He is the owner of this barber shop near me called "Elegua, King of Da Street" He has made himself a badass vest of the Dominican flag 🇩🇴 and also a hair cutting cape. He has been here for two years he says. He told me to bring my boyfriend in for a haircut, which I will do. Time for @nzcalines to get that hot fade.
