What was Warren’s life like before Eric

Absolutely depressing.

He had very abusive and neglectful parents, he was bullied constantly at school, and no one would do anything about it, and the only person that actually cared about him (which was his best friend) died in a car wreck. After he moved out, he moved into a apartment and got a shitty job at a grocery, he would barely get enough to pay rent, he eventually had to get a second job so he could not starve.

Because of all this he suffered from severe depression, which eventually lead him to shooting himself in the head. It didn't work, obviously.

At that point, Warren didn't care, he quit his jobs, starting drinking a lot and doing any substance he could get his hands on.

Warren met Eric at a bar, Warren found Eric cute, so he approached him. They went to Eric's house, and that's it.

Basically, Warren was the easiest person for Eric to get his hands on, but the most difficult to get rid of.
