Domesticity with Obi-Wan feels like a dream. You swear, in another life, this man is a father. He’s so naturally caring, it only makes sense that he’s a Peacekeeper.

Tonight, you had prepared a homecooked meal for him, which he devoured in what felt like less than five minutes. He had a rough day, you could tell, and it was just what he needed.

But even if he’s tired, he helps you in the kitchen as a way to thank you for all the effort. So, currently, he’s washing the dishes at the sink while you dry them off by his side.

“Look at you,” you tsk, shaking your head. “You’ve got water all down your tunic.”

“Where?” He asks as if the splotch isn’t big enough.

“There—” you point, then flick up some of the dish water onto him. “And there.”

He gives you a look between a pout and a smile and you find it hilariously adorable, flicking some more water at him.

“I think you missed a spot,” he jests.

“Where?” You ask, scooping up the foam bubbles and slop it on his cheek. “Oh. Right there?”

When you chuckle at him, his smile begins to pinch at his cheeks and you cup his face with your wet hand, turning him gently so that you can kiss him.

When you do, his smile breaks out even further, and you can feel the curve of them on your lips, humming in delight when he wraps his arms around you and spills water onto the floor.
