Ingredients: 4 cups water. 2 peach tea bags. 2 cups sliced peaches. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 lemon, juiced. 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced. Ice cubes. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add peach tea bags, sliced peaches, honey, lemon juice, and ginger. Let steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and strain the mixture to remove peach slices and ginger. Chill the tea mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
