Do monsters age slowly or no? ._."

It is a mystery. There is nothing that describes how monsters age other than how boss monsters age, and that includes a soul power transfer from parent to child. Even then, it doesn’t mention how long the process takes.
Furthermore, monsters are strange in that they can live for a long time, even if they are not boss monsters. Gerson fought in the war, and the Dogi couple came in second place for the 1998 Nose Nuzzle contest. Lifetimes may vary among monsters, but there is no hint as to how long the standard monster’s lifespan is.
