Coming down Imogene in a rain/snow combo.
Looking across the valley from Imogene Pass
wider angle of the last shot uploaded. Imogene Pass.
Above Tomboy ghost town on Imogene Pass.
Ruins on Imogene pass
various views from as far up Imogene as snow allowed without hiking. Just random snaps of the views. Was chilly, and after scrambling up scree to get a better view I didn’t put thought into the shots. I didn’t think they would even be sharp I was breathing and shivering so much. But I shoot stuff just to have the memories sometimes. :)
Old mining ruins on Imogene Pass. This is in the ghost town of Tomboy, abandon in the 20′s when the ore ran out. Not much is left of the place.
Up on Imogene pass. Not really passable due to early snows, it goes up to 13k feet and has rather large drop-offs. Was too icy to go up to the top. That is twice now snow has kept me from getting over this pass.
