Last Thursday when Meghan visited the post office local media reported she requested that no one present took photos. And then their team posted some—I think that’s an example of them having a private engagement but really just posting it themselves

It’s almost like when you’re visiting the murder site of a young woman you’d be more comfortable having one picture taken by someone you know and trust which will be used to create awareness than have dozens taken by a group of complete strangers who plan to sell them for profit

I don’t think SR’s post about the visit was insensitive BUT it should’ve been handled better, like adding a picture of the girl and a link where you can help (for instance) and ensuring that the first reporters who got the scoop, like Omid or even Meghan’s Mirror (which both have admitted to having links w the couple) didn’t immediately jump to talk about clothes

They directed people to the link in their bio which is for an article in the New Yorker about South Africa’s #AmINext movement. It’s possible they could have included an image or something but I don’t know if they have consent to use images of her. They have no control over what Omid or Meghan’s Mirror decide to write. If they chose to write about the clothes and ignore the context entirely then on their head be it. Hold people responsible for their actions

It was indeed Nothabo who suggested her daughter should marry Archie. She gave another quote where she said that Meghan just smiled at it but didn’t really respond to the request.

I think this part from Emily’s article gives more context on who ‘she’ was “And she giggled when Nothabo suggested that little Sumeya might one day marry Archie.”

What are your initial thoughts on Harry and Meghan’s tour itinerary?

Did you read M&H’s tour itinerary? 10 days.

So the only thing I’ve seen is that statement which confirms the dates and mentions a few things they’ll be doing but I haven’t seen a full day by day itinerary. Have I missed something or is that what you’re referring to? Personally I think you can’t know until the full itinerary comes out

"My wife and I spent the last few months travelling across the Commonwealth from Tonga and Australia to New Zealand and Fiji" this seems like a strange way to word this??? Since it was for two weeks? And it was three months ago?

Yeah I saw that. It reminded me of when you go for a job interview and say “I led on this project” when actually you just made the tea for the meetings about it haha. The tour was great but you didn’t spend months travelling the commonwealth dude. But that’s Harry, it’s what he does.

why weren't meghan and harry welcomed to sydney like kate and william usually are when they travel overseas? with kate leaving the plane wearing a fascinator and all that lol, with h&m we didn't even get pics :(

I don’t know. Maybe the time- it’s damn early there- or maybe as they’re not doing any further engagements today (Dina told me).
