Patch? I couldn’t ever remember the pill either. I just set an alarm on my phone with the patch.

idk, it's pretty much like any birth-control that contains hormones is harmful for those with mental disorders and they warned me against it. there's like ONE IUD option that doesn't contain hormones, but they're reluctant to offer it anyway because I haven't ever had a baby before?? honestly i just want to get my tubes tied but i highly doubt any health care professional will support my decision
