what would be the perfect ending for Naruto's story? If that is you are in a definite sense truly satisfied with the canon ending..

I would have just wanted much more time dedicated to the ending than what we were given, because chapters 699 and 700 were rushed to all hell. I also would have definitely written Gaiden very, very differently. There are a plethora of ways in which Kishi could have written Gaiden, and they all would have had the exact same desired effect and message, and none of them would have included the meaningless drama.

With Sasuke being pardoned for his past crimes after the war, what official rank or classification would he be considered in?In obvious terms he would be jonin by skill,but in his official documentation, is Sasuke still a genin? Could Naruto change his rank without any assessment or requirements such as the chunin exams? Was there no change for the sake of Sasuke's mission being completely kept in secret? I might have answered the questions myself, nevertheless, I would still like your opinion:)

Lol, Sasuke’s above Kage in terms of skill level. But yeah officially, I’d say he’s still a Genin. Kishi didn’t clarify anything about Sasuke’s rank, so unless we hear about it, we can only assume that it hasn’t changed. Not that he or anyone else cares. Sasuke’s a legendary shinobi now; everyone knows who he is and what he’s capable of. So they’re obviously not gonna think they could possibly stand a chance against him simply because he’s still officially a Genin.
