There are only a few that Connor, at this point in time, deems to be any kind of family to her -- surrogate or otherwise -- and they are the following:

Regret [ closest thing to a blood relative/sibling ]

Katherine [ surrogate sister ]

Elizabeth [ surrogate sister type dealio ]

There are others that she is close to but would not necessarily call 'family' due to the connotation of the term -- most of those are people she has some sort of romantic or in some cases platonic feelings for. And thus are not listed above. I'm happy to plot out more along the lines of 'actual' family for her, though.
