Things have been uneventful as of late.

>You stand in the bridge, watching as the ship that you control for the first time in a long time moves in a specified direction.  Control is a strong word.  You're able to give it just enough energy to push it when it slows.  Regardless of that fact, you feel quite accomplished.

When you're certain that the ship is on the right path you go head down to clean yourself.  You've kept up a decent hygiene schedule but you don't want to meet him looking much like you've just woken up.  When you're certain that you look presentable you return to the bridge to check your progress.

You can see the planet now, nerves jumping.  Once you land it'll be too late to turn back but you push on.

Once you've broken the atmosphere you take over the ship, setting it down as carefully as you can manage.  The dark of night is surprising here.  While space is also dark this somehow seems different.  Perhaps it's the solid ground that you're about to walk on.
