THIS WAS ONE OF THE RARE TIMES that hyeju had some kind of anger in the pit of her stomach. on the rare nights where sleep didn’t come like it should have, she ran to the building that she hated the most, ( a very rare thing for someone like her ), this was one of the few times where she sacrificed her sanity for a few hours in the gym. she melted, absolutely demolished, anything that got in her way. her fingertips itched to control the most powerful acids she could recall at the moment. in an almost demonic trance, she threw her spheres of hydrofluoric acid at the mannequins. watching the white things melt in front of her eyes, she could only feel drops of acid on her palm. there was no pain.
mother dearest would tell her a real lady would never lose her temper. her mother would scold her for acting so much like an animal. she was somewhat of a monster. she knew better than to argue with someone who birthed her, used her, and mustered no emotional connection with her. it continued to drip, drip, drip onto her skin.
corrupted and annoyed, in the darkness, she watched as the dummy melted into nothingness. then there was a sound, footsteps. someone was here. and she did not like this, not one bit. in a fury, she spun on her heels, another floating blob of hydrofluoric acid in her grasps.
“you b e t t e r come out, i am not in a generous mood. and if you don’t dear, i will watch you burn and melt into a puddle in pure ectasy.”
