SOMTHING NO ONE TALKS ABOUT
When you grow up in a dysfunctional household and are parentified and seen as another adult within the house
It genuinely fucks up your ability to talk to kids.
And i dont mean like im mean as hell to them or what not
I GENUINELY sometimes do not understand whats inappropriate or not
No im not discussing NSFW with kids thats not what i meant 😭
I just do not understand what is seen as child friendly vs not. Like what is going to scare a kid, how do i talk about an adult topic in a kids way? Used to work with kids and i worked with *Traumatized* children, so they already had an adult understanding of things
So these kids would talk about intense topics and i joined in bc like haha same!! But apparently that’s inappropriate?? I get it now dont get me wrong
But oh my god this is why i dont have a good relationship with my younger relatives 😭😭 poor kids talk to me and hear bullshit out my mouth
