The sigh at Don Quixote's appearance was the deepest that had been emitted since his own arrival. He pinches the bridge of his nose, considering what to even say. She had, to her credit, behaved recently, but with a place as expansive as this, he found it difficult to not have concerns.
In part, they were not his problem here.
But if, for some theoretical reason, they were all his problem, then he couldn't accomplish his own goals.
A conundrum, to be certain.
"Don Quixote."
"I hope you haven't been getting yourself into trouble." While his tone hardly changed, it likely wasn't necessary. Because, of course, his tone was typically threatening.

of course there'd be a commotion as soon as he arrived. peace and quiet wasn't something that often followed him, regardless of whether he was on the job or not. he wasn't planning on getting involved-- it would resolve itself easily enough. he sighed, getting ready to leave the area.
what snapped their attention back to the scene, however, was the reason for the commotion. all of that, just because someone cut in line? the word injustice had apparently set off the perpetrator, who was now demanding the one who cut give the cutee their limited edition something-or-other. olivier had stopped paying attention to the finer details at that point, opting to walk over.
using the confusion of yet another outsider joining in, she confidently grabs the item-- such a fuss over a box of cake, really?-- dropping it in the hands of the person who had the opportunity to get it stolen away. she also grabbed the blonde in the center of it all by the back of their jacket in a way reminiscent of scruffing a kitten. yanking them away from the two, she sets them down a few feet away.
"no matter where i go, i can't escape a blonde giving me a headache. has anyone ever told you that you seem like a pain?"
