Alexandra was making her way around the royal gardens of the palace on Naboo, thinking about all sorts of things. She had given information to the queen to pass onto the Resistance from what she could tell from the Force around her. That was how she helped since she couldnāt be out in the open for fear of the First Order.
The only thing was, the First Order already knew about her. They were just trying to find her and then take her. When a tip was received about something on Naboo, it seemed they had found their missing Jedi and were going to get her.
ā£ It had been a long day, but the park attractions had closed for the night. Visiting hours being over allowed the woman relax. Myla was leaning against the railing of the Microceratus paddock, the section closest to the wall of her office. She was staring intently at her herd, completely lost in her thoughts. They look so peaceful, so happy. They are also so good during the day, even with allĀ theĀ peopleĀ around.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Being nearly deaf in her right ear, the woman didnāt hear the person approaching from behind. So when they touched her shoulder, a gesture not likely to be threatening, was perceived as just the opposite. Her body went on red alert, her mind thinking back to her time in Iraq; the time when her squad always had to be on their guard. So, in a split second, she had the person pinned to the wall, her forearm against their throat. It was obvious that the handler wasnāt herself and she wasnāt in her own mind at the moment. This was made very clear when someone looked into her blue-green eyes, since they were glazed over.

Whatās one thing roleplay wise that has been annoying you here lately?Dangerous question lol. Iām gonna give one VERY unpopular opinion that turned out to be long AF, so under the cut if you dareā¦
But first!Ā Whatās your most wished for AU? Okā¦wow I LYSM for sending me this one. We are such AU sluts, I love it. I want ALL THE AUs. Some silly ones that Iāve done or am currently doing but would LOVE to do more if anyone is interested (links to wikias, possible spoilers, but only if you read further than the main plot/synopsis): The Selection Series, Vampire Academy/Bloodlines books. Also, more Jurassic Park-era stuff. My main verse right now is pre-JW incident, which is great because Iāve learned so much about Malcolm by playing an older version. But Lowery was right, that first park was LEGIT. Iāve done a couple closed verses, that could easily be opened/adjusted/etc in which Malcolm is not attacked by Rexy. Actually, in both verses heās saved by women, which is probably my favorite thing. They are shippy verses, but not by default. I donāt even think the first started as a ship. There are probably more AUs I really want to do, but this is so fucking long. I might break this up later. But basically come at me with ALL THE AUs ALWAYS. I will 97% be like HELL YES, and that other 3% will just be HELL YES, BUT WHAT IF WE DID THIS.
Ā Ok, so let me preface this by saying Iāve watched all the movies and saw TFA opening night, soā¦Iām not a hater. But Iāve had to stop myself a couple times from making a post about how Iām not going to make a Star Wars verse. I know, I know, what a dick move, right? But thanks to Becca I can tell you all that in a less dick-ish way. Idk it shouldnāt bother me. Iām sure the same thing happened when Jurassic World came out. Or maybe thatās why it does bother me? I have no intention of leaving, but many, many people have. Jurassic Park was pretty much my first fandom, and it has remained one of my absolute favorites for just over TWO DECADES (yeah, Iām tumblr-old).Ā
But Star Wars has been around for almost TWICE that. Iām sure there are people who either had or started a SW rp who feel exactly like I do about JP. And I worry that they will go through what I, and many other JP/JW diehards have: the near-exodus after the hype of JW faded. Iām very glad JW2 is already slated, because otherwise we wouldnāt have guaranteed sequels to look forward to that SW has. And once there is another spike in this fandom I will happily drink it up like the thirsty, thirsty JP nerd I am. So, in a weird way, my dickish feelings towards the SW boom is really about overly-empathetic worry for the SW muns who will stick with their muses no matter what. And this is not to bash people who make fandom verses when things become popular. Because I LOVE YOU for real. Most of my RP partners are JP/JW OCs, multifandom/fandomless OCs, and OCs and Non-JP/JW muses who have a JP/JW verse. Many of which have other Non-JP/JW muses. So, to any kindred SW muns, I say, follow ALL the OCs and Non-SW muses with SW verses! And I say this as someone who originally did not RP with OCs (I KNOW WTF RIGHT??). I think OCs especially stick around longer because they MADE their character (srsly, why donāt we talk more about how cool that is?) so they are probably just as, if not more invested than canon muses. Ok, wow, this is so much. Iām sure only Becca is still reading this cause itās LONG AF. Like, srsly, Becca, stop reading. jk I still have the other question to do. Nvm, I moved it, obviously.Ā
