We do. You are seeing less Leigh-Anne content just because people are posting less hqs picture of her, unfortunately. I always try to post hqs of each one of the girls but yesterday it was very Perrie focused for some fans so I had to post more pics of her. We will try to get things more even/post more Leigh-Anne anyway ‘cause this is a blog about all 4 of them and we equally care about each one. But you guys need to understand that sometimes our blog can be very Jade focused (like yesterday because of her solo photoshoot) or like when the documentary came out we posted, almost, Jesy content only for a week. But anyway, like I said before, we will try to fix it if it seems like we post less about her and start posting more :)

So uh I might uh have had triggered and convinced both of my higher ups to fire the coworkers I don’t like and who suck at their jobs.

i don’t get why this is getting so hard for folks to understand: people are significantly less likely to grow or change without being given the opportunity and space to do so
