because of anxiety i am terrified of a lot of things in daily life but i just keep going, i keep pushing through while i still can, even when im anxious because that’s how i function in day to day life and that’s how im supposed to get better. and i am getting better!
i used to get stopped by my anxiety all the time but now it rarely happens.
So much improvement I cry :’D
