ok I haven't rambled in a bit for reasons ssooo spoilers for season 5

ok so we get that Xiangliu said that macaque made a deal with someone and there is a few theories out there, but I'm honestly more interested in what macaque gave up in exchange for his shadow powers? He is one of the celestial primates, so something from one of them is of high value since they don't fall into a normal category and have a section all on their own. did he give up his original powers? his soul? his future and past hearing? like what would mac have to give to equal the value of chaos powers?

our current macaque is rightfully confused by the comment, because we can believe that our macaque didn't originally make the deal, but one of his other cycles did. Xiangliu and any connections to chaos stays constant even with the new cycles, e.i Xiangliu remembers each cycle, so macaque entering each new cycle will always have shadow powers. what if macaque enters a new deal in a future season?

ok so i haven't seen many talk about the ep. to catch a leaf and i'm just gonna speedrun it lol

sandy still has a piece of this flower which he states " in the wrong hands deadly and in the right hands deadlier" it also supposed to have influence of mortality. i'm sure it will be fine!

this big ass panda looks more 'sculpted' than a natural formation. (is this the same place as s4 ep6? who fucking knows?!? )

this little blue bitch (the butterfly not sandy) i don't trust

it was following sandy the whole damn time (like swk following mk as a butterfly) and i get it if it was a "nature is his friend" but that would be a good cover for it right? and who does it remind me of?
