YOU’VE BEEN CYBER-TAGGED! The rules are to state 10 random facts about yourself. Then, go to your 10 favorite blogs and tell them they’re it!
1. Ironically, I self-diagnosed myself in every psych class I ever had, and not one time did I diagnose myself with BPD.
2. When I was nine, I experienced my first bout of depression, brought on by OCD, and my parents took me to a market sale, where you could get five old teddy bears for like $15. I picked up some really cute ones, and one rather old, kind of ratty looking one with “Nicki” sewn into its foot. My mom was like, “Gross, put that one back!” but I really wanted him, so she finally gave in. I started to feel better after I got him, and for years, I thought he was magical.
3. I still believe in magic, but not as much as I used to.
4. One of my favorite shows when I was younger was a “true ghost story” show called Creepy in Canada. I still want to eat at the supposedly haunted restaurant in my home city, and go to the screaming tunnel by Niagara Falls.
5. The only nailpolish colors I tend to wear are clear and black.
6. I am more passionate about tatertots than even Mercedes.
7. I’m studying American Sign Language, and so far the most useful sentence I’ve learned is, “I want chocolate.”
8. I have paper cuts on my hands about 90% of the time, even when I’m not working.
9. I wasn’t allowed to watch Alice in Wonderland until I was 12 because my mom found out it involved drug use. Even once I saw it, I was so straight-edge I didn’t understand until I was way older. (Funny because now I’m obsessed with it.)
10. The first thing my best friend ever said to me was, “Hi…can I touch your hair?”
