What is Guy Fawkes Night, for us non-Brits?
Guy Fawkes Night occurs every 5th of November, to commemorate The Gunpowder Plot of 1605, where a group of Catholics including Guy Fawkes tried to assassinate the Protestant King James I. Long story short, it's become a night of fireworks, bonfires, and alcohol abuse.
