Need to vent a little...
So I'm always willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. I like to believe in the good of people. So when random strangers message me I'm all for starting a conversation and maybe making a new friend. Well today on instagram that was what I thought was going to happen. This younger guy complimented my pictures. So I thanked him and we started to do the basic small talk... "How are you" ..etc. Then the conversation took a turn...and he asked if I liked abs...so still wanting to give him a chance. I had answered. "Muscle is appealing. But I'm not biased toward them. My husband is pretty toned though." Notice how I made it clear I'm married. Then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted to see a picture of his. So I said. "I'm married so no." Again notice the straight up married part again. Then he asked if I have a nice ass. And I ended the conversation. I told him "I had thought this was going to be a nice...mature...conversation but it looks like it just turned around...so have a nice night." Then I blocked him. What happened to respecting people? What happened to starting a friendly conversation and it being just that...friendly. I have never and will never desire to cheat on my husband and I guess it just breaks my heart that other men think it's okay to step over lines and not respect the fact that someone is in a relationship. And yes I know women do it too..but this instance was a guy.
