IMVU randomizer challenge.
this is just a random challenge i made based off of others i’ve seen. i’m sure there’s many other people who already do this but i thought it would be nice to type it out somewhere.
this challenge is fun for anyone who enjoys the shop and is interested in trying products you might not have thought of trying before.
*(i use pc so i don't know how this would work on mobile)*
Here are the “rules”:
open IMVU shop and a number generator (i use the one included on google here, but you can use anything).
in the generator type how many pages you want to use. in personal shop id suggest using 1-10 so you don’t have to scroll (i’ve gone up to 100 before tho so it’s up to you) and 1-5 if in shop together to avoid lag.
in a second generator (you can use the same one but i find it easier too just have two tabs) type 1-12 because that’s how many items are on every page in personal shop and shop together.
in dress up i’ve made a basic looking avi that is absent of accessories, excess clothing, no avi, only wearing basic clothing that won't lag when switching during the challenge, and i also wear my normal avi scalers so that the final product will actually look like something usable and nice. by having this you create and easy outfit to switch back to when you want to start the challenge again.
categories i randomize are (in no particular order): avatar, tops, bottoms, hair, eyes, eyebrows, heads, skins, accessories (for jewelry/lashes/etc.), gloves (for nails), and shoes.
Reroll:
when randomizing tops, if you get an outfit, either keep the outfit or reroll.
when randomizing bottoms, if you get an outfit either keep it or reroll.
when randomizing, if you get eyebrows that don’t work with your head or vice versa then you can reroll.
when randomizing accessories or gloves, if you get something weird that doesn’t work with the outfit created so far then you can reroll.
when randomizing, if you get eyebrows in a color that ruin your outfit then you can reroll.
when randomizing an avatar, if its for the opposite gender you can reroll.
optional:
if at the end of the challenge your avi looks wack or your just not happy with the outcome you could use it as a base and try and fix it. some before and after pics would be really cool.
Conclusion:
this really isn't a strict challenge and at the end of the day do whatever you want. what i’ve typed out is just what my friend and i do. i added all the rerolls cause im not gonna let white eyebrows or furry paws ruin the baddie im tryna make. but anyways i’m new to this so sorry if i explained it terribly.
