Inasa is a knight! He's hired to go and beat a dark magic dude and he sees someone wearing a cloak and it's black so that's most likely him! He shouts something and the hooded guy starts to run so of course he runs afterwards and he almost gets frozen by the guys magic and it goes on like that for a bit until they get out of town and he's able to pin the guy and take off the hood and it's the missing prince of the Todoroki family dun dun dunnn
