Malcolm came home from work that evening to find his door unlocked. Rolling his eyes, he pushed it open and stepped inside. He already knew who his fucking visitor was. From the foyer, he could see James' shoes resting on the threshold into his living room area. He spied a pair of a long legs dangling from his sofa and he called out to the man as he slipped out of his overcoat.

"Ye could just fuckin' text me, ye know? Instead of breaking it and all that. My heart would be in significantly better shape if ye did."

They had done it, they had won. Here she was in number 10, surrounded by her team and yet she had never felt more alone. She knew that she wasn't going to be able to relax that evening, wondering what she would do with herself when she heard the knock at the door.

Checking her watch, she noted the time, who on earth would be arriving at gone 10pm, on a Friday night nonetheless.

"Come in.." She called out hesitantly.
