update:

as of today 8/8/2024 we are no longer accepting positivity requests for introjects from specific sources. this is due to the fact that these sorts of requests have been outnumbering our other kinds of request lately, and it is growing overwhelming and cumbersome for us to complete these requests in ways that are thoughtful and affirming.

for those whose requests are in our inbox, we will still gladly complete your requests. this is just a new standard for our blog going forward. we have edited our inbox guidelines to reflect this change.

our sincerest apologies to anyone who is affected or disappointed by this change. we need to have boundaries and rules on this blog that allow us to maintain it in ways that are both achievable for us and that can prevent us from getting burnt out sooner.

introjects, we love you. we do want to support you and we care about you. introjects from all sources are still absolutely welcome on our blog. we are still happy to make positivity posts for introjects, just not for introjects with specific sources (i.e. markiplier introjects, dark souls introjects, aristocats introjects, etc.)

if anyone can recommend a blog that currently does make positivity posts for introjects from specific sources, please let us know so we can boost them! again, we are really sorry if this disappoints anyone!

Positivity Requests:

Want some specific positivity? Submit an ask with the kind of positivity you’re looking for, and we’ll make a post for you! We can make posts for systems with specific disabilities or neurodivergencies (ex: chronic pain, synesthesia, ADHD, etc), headmates in specific roles (gatekeepers, hosts, trauma holders, etc), headmates/systems with specific identities (trans, Jewish, alterhuman, lesbian, etc.), or anything really!

We will not make positivity posts for exclusionists, radqueers, or trans-ids. Due to our personal trauma history, we won’t make posts specifically for Christians, sorry! As of 8/8/2024 we will no longer make requests for introjects from specific sources as those sorts of requests were taking over our inbox. Our apologies!

Advice and Validation:

We are happy to answer posts seeking validation and advice! You are more than welcome to ask any sort of question about plurality and/or system life in our inbox. Please keep in mind that we are not a mental health professional and will not attempt to diagnose you. But we can absolutely provide you with resources so you can start doing some research on your own!

We come from the perspective of a DID system who has been committed to our partner paromancy system for nearly 10 years. We will always do our best to help with any sort of question, or at least try to point you in the right direction for resources or further reading. We are just one system, though, and we won’t have a perfect answer for every question!

Vents, Rants, and Frustrations:

These are all welcome here! When responding to vents, we will sometimes offer advice or encouragement, but it will always be under a cut in case you simply need to get something off your chest and aren’t looking for a response. Of course, you can always specify in your ask that you don’t want us to respond, and we will simply publish your ask as it is! Despite being a positivity blog, we know that system life is not always easy, and everyone deserves the opportunity to share what’s on their mind in a judgement-free space with fellow plurals who may understand.

Positivity, Rambling, Gushing, Special Interest Sharing:

We love receiving asks like these! Send in your own positivity posts, ramble about your system or something that you love, gush about your headmates, tell us about your day or your special interest or latest hyperfixation! Plural joy will always go in our “#plural joy” tag unless specified otherwise by you.

Inbox Guidelines!!

While I am absolutely open to receiving private messages and bonding with you guys, I will give a disclaimer that I (unfortunately) am chronically ill and that on top of having flare-up days I sometimes have days where I'm extremely overstimulated. During those days I tend to avoid any technology like the plague. I PROMISE it is not personal and that I will respond when able. <3

As for topics I will discuss:

While I am open to nsfw asks, I will not discuss the topics listed in my requirement guidelines (found here).

I am open to providing a listening ear (pun not intended haha) to anyone who needs it, but please keep in mind that I am a human behind this screen and that while I can do my best to provide support and advice, I am not a therapist. I am learning and growing just as you are and things can be heavy for me just like they are for you.

I am open to sharing tidbits about my personal life here and there, but understand I am not obligated to and will share what I'm comfortable with.

With that being said, I would absolutely love to yap with you guys even if it isn't fic related!! :) If you want to remain anonymous but for me to know it's you, feel free to use an emoji or symbol to label yourself. <3

Lastly, please keep in mind that I am pro-choice, pro-LGBTQ+, pro-Palestine, and heavily left leaning. If this doesn't align with you or your beliefs, then this is not the place for you.

hey just letting everyone know! I really appreciate getting messages in my inbox but if you send me an ask that’s just a random word/phrase then I usually have no idea how to respond to it. id much rather receive questions or amusing pictures or really anything that’s easier to engage with. not to say I don't like it when people send anons! id just prefer it to be something I can give a meaningful answer to
