Do you guys have problems with Tumblr too? My messages disappeared, I see activity only... (´･_･`)

Could someone try to send me a message? At least I will know if you can contact me (´∀｀)

OH that's bad :0 It turned out that I can't message too (if I go to someone's blog)

Hey did you fixes your inbox problem? The same happen to me, my inbox for DM vanished and only shows my "activity" in the middle. So how did you fix it?

Already answered in inbox. But in case anyone else having the same problem. What you should do is.

1. Open tumblr on your laptop then click setting.

2. Scroll down until you see Help function click on it.

3. Then scroll down again until you see contact support, click on it.

4. There's so many option to what kind of problem you're experiencing, choose one of it that's close to yours and then provide screenshot and also explain a little on the box to the staff about your problem.

5. Don't forget to choose which blog experiencing this problem if you haven many side account or something.

6. Wait for their reply to your email, you can communicate with them through email like if it takes them longer than 3 days, message them again asking for follow up, If they didn't reply, re sending the complaint all over again.

ok so??? Recently i had a weird glitch that it said where I had a message in my inbox but there was nothing?? I think I found a remedy for it?? It worked for me but I'm. Unsure if it works for anyone else

I sent an ask to myself (anonymous), and then I went into the inbox and deleted it. Refreshed, and the notif saying I had one message in my inbox was gone.

Hopefully this helps anyone in the near future???

Just realized I have Messages BUT TUMBLR WON’T LET ME ACCESS THEM FOR SOME REASON!!! So, basically I’m not a jerk I promise, please try to send me a message again if you were one of the lovely souls trying to talk to me. Anyone else having probs with their inbox too?

i used to have tons of messages in my inbox (mostly from one user) but one day they disappeared and i realized that user was deactivated, so i didn’t think much of it... however, now it says i have 80 messages total but i can only see 4 of them :o

HELP!

I can't see inbox on my tumblr so I can't reply to any message. Tumblr is acting up and I don't know how to fix it. Also whatever I post didn't want to show up on tags 😫😫 tumblr why you fail me like this after I said that Tumblr is better than Twitter. @staff fix this problem please.
