The merman gave an ear-piercing shriek of surprise as the net touched his skin. Hissing wildly, he flailed about in an attempt to escape. What was a human doing here?! He’d been coming for years and not once did he see a human! Tail lashing wildly, he clawed at the net and tried to tear it off, only managing to get more and more tangled.
