-Make your PT goals reasonable or easy out of the gate -push-ups, sit-ups and running or hiking cost nothing and have literally saved the world from war more than once - you don’t need a gym. Most gyms are toxic places of poor performance anyway…..too much talking and posturing. - good workouts take 30 minutes ish……you have that time I promise -find motivation from others who deal with same life stuff you do but still get it in -use the drop off method with running/biking/hiking (partner drops you away from home a certain distance so you’re forced to do it) -if you do it 3-4 times a week for two weeks the endorphins will begin to motivate you after that. -at some point you have to be able to move heavy weight and have reasonable cardio - take breaks from your workouts and do manual labor every once in awhile.
