So, according to Children of the Horned Rat, ANY skaven with grey or white fur, with or without horns, could be called a Grey Seer.
With how large Bloodthirsters are compared to most mortals, the actual gathering and peeling of the skulls is bound to be tedious. If done personally, a Bloodthirster would have to sit down and peel each individual skull the same way you or I might peel a grape. A more common method is simply gathering many heads together and searing the flesh off of them, similar to the way The Skulltaker, U’zhul, does it. Bloodthirsters probably allot the actual skull flensing to the smaller Bloodletters, though some are possessive over their skulls and don’t wany any lesser daemon having any part in the harvest.
Anyone notice that the helmets of the Bloodcrushers and the Helmets of the Stormvermin look oddly...similar?
Lawful Neutral- A lawful neutral character acts as law, tradition, or a personal code directs him. Order and organization are paramount to him. He may believe in personal order and live by a code or standard, or he may believe in order for all and favor a strong, organized government. Lawful neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you are reliable and honorable without being a zealot. However, lawful neutral can be a dangerous alignment when it seeks to eliminate all freedom, choice, and diversity in society.
