Hey guys, I wanted to give you a heads up as to why I haven't been posting as often.

I have a trip coming up so my focus is there

I've been debating a major social media overhaul

Hell yeah, mofo.

Well, more so it's that I haven't ever imagined being able to enjoy social media as much as I do. Or that I would ever feel comfortable being authentically who I was across multiple interests.

Rough-and-Whump started because I felt like I couldn't be open about my love of whump.

However, in the last three years, I've made amazing progress in my management of my anxiety and depression. I've discovered I'm bisexual. I've come out and live openly out. I've rediscovered my passion for sex and kink that had been buried deep under 6 years of a dissatisfying relationship.

All that to say: I don't feel a need to keep "me" separate from my love of whump, and other things.

I want to remake this tumblr account, including deleting all my sideblrs and this blr, and recreating this blog as a side blog. That way I can connect with the whump community authentically, like you all deserve, and I can also stop juggling two tumblr accounts plus a Pillowfort.social account.

So you might see some big changes headed your way, but don't worry. Rough is still a massive ass whumpthisiast.
