With the soles of her shoes held firm against the dashboard, a droning sigh fills the air. They were planning on taking a day trip to the countryside, just because, and apparently that’s all the reasoning they needed to get up and do so. At the rate they were going, however, it seemed like they wouldn’t even make it there until late evening--which is exactly when they planned on making their way back home.

She couldn’t help but pout. It was disappointing. Very disappointing. She lived for spontaneous things and being able to do such things with someone she could speak to easily. Sure, she actually managed to be able to speak to anyone fairly effortlessly, but he was definitely one of the ones she favored above all.

Her head rolled against the headrest of the car’s seat, turning to face him with another sigh. “If we were going to take a trip to the bridge, we should have waited until late at night. Midnight, when people are hardly here and when we can stand at the railings and look over the dark water. That sounds nice, doesn’t it?”

she remains quiet as they walk side by side, fingers idly tracing the spine of worn bible, it’s paged being tattered and ripped. it’s not like she cared for the book, nor did she care for the many beliefs that came from it. “it’s stupid.” her words a quiet mumble letting her free hand touch every pew that they pass before dropping her hand when they reach the abandoned church altar. it took quite some convincing to have seojoon break into the church with her, and truthfully she was surprised when he said yes and now here they both were, exploring the vast cathedral as if they were regulars. “do you know why people worship a god that isn’t there?” the question is soft spoken, for even if she doesn’t believe in the entity that people have died for so many years ago, she still felt as if eyes were on her, waiting for her to confess her sins.
