How To Motivate Employees & Increase Quality of Work
At Vioteck we know how much a predictive dialer can help call centers increase productivity and standards, and we know that a predictive dialer will help make an employee that much more valuable, but we also know that not everyone works in a call center and that some of the lessons we have learned from helping clients in this area can be applied to any profession.
Many employers find that a great way to engage their employees is to hypothetically make the employee the CEO, asking them what they would do in that position. The employee tends to talk about the issues that they feel need to be addressed in a constructive manner, instead of fearing that they are criticizing their boss. Issues that employers may not have known existed can be addressed after hearing from the employees.
The other part is to respond to these exercises to that employees know they are being listened to. If one asks all of these questions out of their employees and then refuses to address any of it, the employees will notice and morale will decline. Implement the plans you have heard from employees and fine-tune them.
Using an automated dialer would even allow you to easily poll your employees or have them leave direct messages for you with their ideas, though meeting with them in person would be extremely beneficial.
