I really don't think any of us can tell exactly what the other person is going through, what they feel, and the issues they have in their private lives. It is really important to have this in mind, to stop and perceive, and to stop judging. Sometimes people act the way they shouldn't due to something they are struggling with.
I am not condoning it. I am just remind us all that very often it happens that we may become angry, upset, frustrated with others without fully understanding them. Sometimes it is good for our own development as human beings to step back, clear our minds, and not be so quick to judge others.
