Now that @luisabinader government is openly courting and working with far right extremists groups, we have seen an escalation of fascist violence against dark skinned Black people and Haitians in the Dominican Republic that look like scenes from the Jim Crow South ( peep the "fascist" highlight on our page for more)- first it was dragging women in labor out of the hospitals and stealing their babies, now it's cops and immigration offficals beating men in broad daylight and illegally breaking into homes to attack Black families.
It's imperative that #Dominicans speak up now or lose your country and your souls to white supremacist extremists. You can no linger sit on the sidelines and watch Black people get hunted down, beaten, lynched, and slaughtered in your country while screaming #BlackLivesMatter in the US. Silence is complicity.
