On Sunday March 26th, in honor of Kwame Nkrumah and the 59th Ghana Independence Celebration a few #Siafus ran the Spartan Race which we renamed the #IndependenceRun together we ran 5.6 miles filled with 24-26 obstacles thru forests, rough terrain, mud etc, as we climbed mountains, scaled walls, jumped walls, crawled under bobwire, rope climbed, dove in serveral feet of mud, threw spears, jumped over fire and a helluva lot more. It was TRULY a test of our camaraderie, mental, physical and spiritual strengths.
