im sorry i keep reblogging my own fic if you feel like its spamming you but im not sorry for reblogging it, if that makes sense. ive had such a horrid year creatively, my job burns me out all the time and ive barely had any energy to write... anything. my longfic is taking way longer than planned even though i have the plot beats figured out because i often dont have the energy after work. my goal this year was to finish my wip, and even though it's not the wip i intended to finish or to write, i'm just really, really happy i got something complete out before the year ended. like i got really emotional about it yesterday because i thought my creativity or ability to write or complete anything was just gone and impossible. and it's not. it's bringing a little bit of hope during an extremely bleak year. i'm proud of myself, and of this fic, even though it's so little, because it's done. and i am going to finish my other long fic too. even though i thought i couldn't.

Just wanted to pop in and say that as soon as I have the time (this might take a few months) I totally plan on reading your Loghain fic because, if your Tabris/Loghain posts are anything to go by, it sounds really, really good! I spent no joke like three straight evenings going like 30 pages deep in your da meta tag bc you had such quality posts (both reblogged and written!!) and I had just started replaying origins ahead of DAV and it was just like three days straight of "okay that makes way to much sense incorporating that into my worldview now". your whole rewrites da has helped me establish some foundational headcanons for what my worldstate is looking like like going into veilguard
