These Tandoori Fish Tacos are a fusion of Indian flavors with a Mexican twist. Tender fish marinated in aromatic spices, grilled to perfection, and served with fresh veggies in warm tortillas.
Ingredients: 500g firm white fish fillets. 1 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons tandoori paste. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Salt to taste. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: Lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Make fish fillets into little chunks and cover them with the marinade that you just made. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to soak up the flavors. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. The fish should be grilled for three to four minutes on each side, until it is cooked all the way through and has a little char on it. For about 30 seconds on each side, warm the tortillas up on the grill. Place a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla to make a taco. Add chopped cilantro, red onion slices, and shreds of cabbage on top. Put lime wedges on the side and serve. Have fun with your tasty Tandoori Fish Tacos!
