Paneer Tikka Wrap is a delicious and flavorful Indian-inspired wrap that combines marinated and grilled paneer with fresh veggies and chutneys. It's a perfect fusion of flavors and textures, making it a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 250g paneer cottage cheese, cubed. 1/2 cup yogurt. 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste. 1 tablespoon oil. 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Salt to taste. 4 tortillas or wraps. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped. 2 tablespoons mint chutney. 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tikka masala paste, oil, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they get charred and cooked through. Warm the tortillas or wraps on the grill for about 10-15 seconds on each side. To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of mint chutney and tamarind chutney on it. Add some grilled paneer cubes, sliced onion, bell pepper, and fresh coriander leaves on top. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, securing it with parchment paper or foil if needed. Repeat the process for the remaining wraps. Serve the Paneer Tikka Wraps hot and enjoy!
