I’m listening to the new Nervus album for the first time and the opening track made me quite emotional. It has this ‘defiance through softness’ kind of message. It’s the second politically-charged album I’ve listened to this week, the other from a band called Petrol Girls that had me wowing (in a positive way) all the way through. One particular song on that album is ultra topical right now, although I think it was written quite some time back.
