SYNOPSIS:
After discovering secrets of his true parentage, Phoenix finds himself struggling to balance between two identities: the rebellious explorer and swindler of private goods, and the other - an obedient son and unintentional role model to an impressionable younger brother.
In their new neighborhood, Phoenix attempts to fit in and fend off cruel pressures of the fort kids. When his mother reveals that he is in fact the son of a jail junkie and racing motorcyclist who has recently passed away, Phoenix finds himself questioning everything he once knew.
Previously embarrassed by his loner tendencies and malcontent heart, he begins to cling to the sins of his deceased father and embrace them as his own. As Phoenix strives to be someone, and learn everything he can about the man he will never know, he finds himself on an obscure adventure that takes many turns, none of which he is ready for.
