On Indigenous Peoples Day, we take time to reflect on the land that we inhabit. We live, prosper, and expand on this land once inhabited by the tribes of the Munsee Lenape, Canarsie, Lekawe, Merrick, Mohican, Oneida, Cayuga, and so many more. It is our duty to cherish and protect this land as we do our loved ones. When this land is loved, it delivers riches that will last us all for generations to come. We thank our indigenous ancestors who have been caretakers, advocates and historians of these lands.
