[B is a very interesting character, and as a rule I think the most interesting characters are hit or miss, but loudlout does it perfectly. There's this perfect mix of sincerity and ridiculousness that captures what B is all about. The character could have been turned into a caricature in the wrong hands---these are clearly not the wrong hands.]

Catherine Wheel: How much pain can your muse withstand?

**Itachi is a very resilient man who is able to withstand unthinkable levels of pain without letting it show. This is demonstrated in his ability to hide his terminal illness for many years without anyone but Obito and Kisame knowing the truth about it. It also is testament to his incredible willpower too. Overall you could say that Itachi can handle just about any pain you can throw at him.

Mancudera: What is the most physical pain your muse has felt?

The most physical pain Itachi has endured would likely be during his final battle with Sasuke. It was at that point he allowed himself to succumb completely to his illness, which coupled with his injuries during the fighting made for the worst pain he’s ever felt.

Exposure: Would your muse rather freeze to death, or burn?

Itachi would much rather freeze to death than burn. Having used fire jutsu nearly his entire life he knows how devastating that it can be and he would not want to endure it. Also freezing to death sounds far more peaceful to him than burning.

Catherine Wheel: How much pain can your muse withstand?

Given that he survived being scorched by Amaterasu and later on the extraction of a bijuu (and the recovery thereafter) without special family abilities and/or outside assistance (Uzumaki stamina, Gaara being revived by Chiyo, etc.), which has never been done before, it’s safe to say that he can withstand quite a lot of pain.

Mancudera: What is the most physical pain your muse has felt?

By far, the most pain he has ever felt was when Gyuuki was torn out of him during the last war.

On top of already being absolutely exhausted (breaking through the numerous barriers that had restricted himself and Naruto, facing off against the reanimated Jinchuuriki, morphing into Gyuuki’s full-sized form and maintaining it for an extended period of time, forming and firing off many bijuu bombs in rapid succession. and so on), to have the Hachibi ripped out of him felt as though his very soul was torn apart.

(The soul might not be a physical thing, but that’s the only way he’s ever been able to come close to describing the pain.)

Muscles torn, most of him severely bruised, and all around beaten to the very brink of death, even he is surprised that he even managed to survive the ordeal, and he credits it entirely not to his own efforts, but to Gyuuki’s, because he strongly believes that had the Hachibi not sacrificed one of its tails to encase him in, the severe pain would’ve killed him before anything else had the chance to.

Exposure: Would your muse rather freeze to death, or burn?

Freeze to death. 

Between surges of electricity constantly flowing through his body and being set aflame by Sasuke, he’s had more than his fair share of burning alive.

He figures that freezing to death would be much easier to deal with, given that one would eventually lose consciousness anyway, and everything would go numb before that.

Hinata didn’t need to agree, the blonde had spoken for the both of them. A somber afternoon, having visited the cemetery with so many stops. A reminder of what they were, what could happen tonight, tomorrow.. a month from now. Life being this fickle.. fragile thing, “we must be grateful, for every day Ino-san.” She adds, glancing up at the sky. This haze surrounding them, it had to lift. “Perhaps we should gather some.. have a picnic tomorrow afternoon? out by the Naka?” A childhood robbed doesn’t necessarily mean they cant create their own memories to fill the gaps with?

In response to C having asked why he’d want flowers in the first place, B had shaken his head, only caving in and saying what (or who, rather) they were for after repeatedly denying that it was him that had some secret lover.

“No, they’re for bro so he can give them to a girl who he really seems to think is out of this world. But with this stuff, he’s a dumbass who lets time pass him by--not to mention, he only seems to know how to talk to another guy.”

He had turned around and made his way toward the door as he spoke, pausing with his hand on the doorknob as he glanced over his shoulder.

“But yeah, just let me know when your girl draws near. ‘cause judging by what Darui says, what you kids do isn’t something I wanna hear.”

Shaking his head, he just barely turned the knob before the door was flung open, pushing B back with a surprising amount of force, and he cringed when he heard the familiar sound that could only be a crack in his shades.

Practically leaping out from behind the door, he touched a hand to his nose (no blood, thankfully), scowling at the source of the hit--and when he saw that it was indeed Ino (who, by this point, had practically crawled into C’s lap), he only sighed, not able to bring himself to be truly angry.

“...Yo, next time, give a little warning or clue? Now I’ve gotta go find a stupid bottle of glue. Anyway, I’ll let you settle in, but--assuming you brought the flowers--I’ll be back at around ten.”

Afterward, he quickly excused himself and left the building, lest the eager blondes get a touch too eager and he accidentally hears something.
