Does anyone have any resources geared towards navigating codependency while resisting individualism?

I have long struggled with codependency but it’s important to me to build interdependent relationships and fight individualism, especially in our current political climate.

Because of my previous relationships and the relationships of my caregivers, I honestly struggle a lot with understanding and envisioning interdependent relationships in contrast with codependent ones. I imagine I’m not alone

Any reading, videos, audiobooks, etc would be really appreciated (I’m also looking it up on my own but I love to see things that have been peer reviewed :) )

I'm not here for capitalistic individualistic feminism. I'm not hear for feminism that does not progress women as a class. I am not here for feminism that actively ignores the exploitation of women that is enabled by capitalism.

Some people think that they don't know who they are just because they don't compare to some celebrity or other person. You are you. Be an individual and don't use other people's definition of beauty, intelligence, talent, love, humor and so on make you feel lost or inadequate.
