Movie Night 🍿 🎥
Popcorn, check. Chips, check. Crackers, check. Ice tea, check. Soda, forgotten.
Tonight’s feature presentation is Masters of the Universe. Candles are lit, blankets have been acquired, and I am fully prepared to experience cinema at its absolute finest from the comfort of my own living room.
The movie was supposed to start at 21:00
Unfortunately, someone somehow managed to book tickets for 21:30 instead of 21:00 as i had been told...
Thankfully, I had the entire cinema hall to myself, so the cinema manager was kind enough to pause the movie while I sorted out my scheduling disaster. The damage to the popcorn had already been done, however, and emergency concessions had to be purchased from the reception desk, also known as my kitchen. even manage to burn 2 bags..
Now it’s 21:30, the lights are low, the snacks have been replenished, and the audience has finally taken their seat accept one... shes in the wrong cinema
The ticket system may have failed me. The soda may have been forgotten. But the cinema remains open.
And I have a feeling this movie is going to be amazing eather way.
