If you love chocolate and peanut butter, these OMG Peanut Butter Cup Brownies are the ultimate treat. They are rich, fudgy, and full of peanut butter cup chunks.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water. 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined. Fold in chopped peanut butter cups. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
