Things to do: Mass Ave.
First Friday
Every first friday of the month art galleries open their doors to display wonderful, local artworks. For Mass Ave. the kick-off point is at the Old National Centre parking lot where almost all local food trucks come to sell their amazing eats.
Theatre on the Square
A great place to see community theater and Broadway productions. Tickets range from $20 to $30.
The Cultural Trail
Weaving throughout Indianapolis, the cultural trails extends the length of Mass. Ave. This trail is great for bike riders to get from one area of Indianapolis to the next. semi-unperturbed by motorists and pedestrians (whom have their own lane).
Indy Reads
This non-profit organization & book store provides "basic literacy tutoring to illiterate and semi-illiterate adults in the Indy area" as noted on the indy reads website. Go here to grab a book and maybe participate in a book reading by a local author. (JOHN GREEN! AH!!)
