80 DAY CHALLENGE
Time is ending. There are 82 days left until my physical exam, and I'm still so huge and incapable of doing it. Like, I'd love to think more positively, and sometimes I do, but... I'm not secure enough.
I still have 80 days. 80 days to slim and tone up. There isn't much that can be done is such a small portion of time, but if I push myself hard enough I will be able. I'm not starting in April, heck. I'm not even starting tomorrow. I'M STARTING NOW.
The plan food wise is:
Only 3 dairy products a week. NO MORE, and less if possible.
Only 1 portion of fish a week. I know fish hasn't that much calories at all, but I'm not going to the tuna because it's easy and quick. I'm going vegan so...
3L of water. NO LESS.
1 YOLO meal a week. NO MORE.
My breakfast will be: a smoothie/toast with egg/bowl of fruit/vegan pancakes with fruit
Snacks will always consist of fruit or veggies unless it's a post-workout snack.
Take a pic of EVERYTHING I put in my mouth and upload it.
The plan exercise wise is:
Run 2h a week, or more. I will only accept running less if I bike 2h for every hour of running not done.
Do the Blogilates calendar everyday, at least 45-50 minutes of it.
Swim 1 hour a week
Before every meal, do 50 squats/sit ups/push ups
Every week do a race: running a 10k/biking a 20k/swimming 100 pools/5k of elliptical
The plan tracking-my-progress wise is:
Measure myself everyweek
Take a pic of my front and my side every 10 days
NEVER WEIGH MYSELF IN
Trying my size 40 jeans
The goals:
Be able to run a 5k in 30 minutes
Be well prepared for the exam
Be happier
Be able to wear a 40 (spanish measurements)
