Adventures of Crochet Crowley and Aziraphale! Part 2.
The second part of the Valentine's weekend date, before the world turned upside down...
Crowley: Angel, I know you didn't bring me all this way to Philadelphia just to sit in a garden. There are gardens with statues everywhere in London, or in the countryside. Why here?
Aziraphale: Oh, you'll see.
Aziraphale: The last time I was in Philadelphia, I was helping a group of young gentleman with research on virology. Sadly, they succumbed to the illness. Before it took hold, though, we often would have impassioned debates about methodologies. We would stroll through parks debating, and then I saw it.
Crowley: I'm assuming this is...
[Aziraphale and Crowley have been walking through the streets of Philadelphia towards a park]
Aziraphale: Yes dear, this is the statue...
Aziraphale: See? Look, it's you! And you see there? *snaps his fingers* That's me!
Crowley: In all my daydreams, I didn't think of you...devouring me in this particular way.
Aziraphale: (thirsty glance over) Oh? How did you envision me devouring you?
Crowley: (gulps) Ngk....hrrmm.... well....umm....maybe that should be a conversation over something scrumptious.
Aziraphale: Sounds delightful!
Crowley: First, I need some coffee!
(Then off they went, strolling through the park. Crowley had his coffee in one hand, while the other slowly latched it's way into Aziraphale's hand, so warm that he didn't really need the warmth of coffee. The warmth of his blushes also seemed to be helping just fine.)
