Crowley owns a florist shop across from the tattoo shop where Aziraphale works. We follow his transition and their budding relationship through tattoo appointments! And there's a cute snake.
Such a cute story! (and my first bang! :3)
“Then I suppose I’ll have to follow through,” Aziraphale says, putting on a pair of latex gloves. “Any requests?”
“Something quick.”
“Have you ever gotten a tattoo before?”
The woman raises an eyebrow, gesturing to her heavily decorated shoulder, easily visible due to the black tank top she is currently sporting. “Take a guess.”
Aziraphale chuckles, and surprisingly, the woman cracks a smile. He slides his office chair towards his desk, where his book of flash sheets is hidden in the bottom drawer. Pushing back to the woman’s side, he begins to flip through it in rapid succession, as most of it has already been vaguely memorised by this point. “Replace ‘quick’ with ‘simple’, and I might be able to help you. Do you have any interests? A symbol you wouldn’t mind on your body for the rest of your life? Or remove later on, even?”
“That’s tricky.” The woman puts a hand to her chin, apparently in deep thought. “I like plants. I mean, I guess I should, seeing as I own a flower shop. I’ve got a pet snake…was really into astronomy. Used to be in love with those suckers.”
Aziraphale glances back at the sleeve, where the first tattoo he sees is a picture of the Serpens constellation. “I can tell. We can always put something in between the ones you already have. How about some leaves?”
“Too basic. Should be a flower, if anything.”
“Roses?”
“Too cliché.”
“Daisies?”
“Eugh. Try to at least think of something more creative.”
